Physical and Chemical Properties:

The pure product is white powder or coagulate particle containing 34.95% of nitrogen. Its sp. Gr is 2.3.mp. 11800C. The industrial product is grey-black powder for containing carbon. It has some smell such as calcium carbide and ammonia. It is slightly soluble in water appearing alkaline characteristic. The industrial powder may stimulate the human body.
